SMRE Group’s advisory platform is led by Shane Wierks, who has been involved in the execution of more than $1 billion in closed commercial real estate transactions throughout his career. Drawing on this experience, the firm provides strategic advisory services focused primarily on retail real estate, serving private investors, operators, and institutional ownership groups.

Advisory services include retail leasing advisory, investment advisory, 1031 exchange strategy, and comprehensive asset and market analysis. The firm specializes in identifying market voids, evaluating asset performance, and developing tailored repositioning and value-creation strategies.
